Would have loved to see more Vegan and Gluten free options at their Cafe, however staff were very lovely. Lots of families and kids love it
I have only used the pool and not the gym, group fitness room, or the creche. 🤔
A very small pool compared with Craigie and HBF. 30°C ambient temperature, so not so long in the water.
Canteen is basic but offers enough. Changerooms are clean and well stocked.
Opening hours work for me but are not extended.
I love it here for my daughters (2.5yo) swimming lessons.
She started out terrified of the water and swim teachers (who are lovely). Within 3 or 4 sessions her confidence grew, achieving new things each session. She's now loving her classes and well on her way to learning to swim. We look forward to our weekly classes!
Thank you to Kerry for being so understanding and patient with my daughter. From tantrums through every activity to screaming with excitement and not wanting to leave the water 🤣
The centre is very friendly, welcoming and clean. Couldn't ask for more. đź‘Ť
We did the vac swim. On one occasion we forgot the card where they make you pay extra to join. I was charged an additional $6. They wouldn’t allow me to bring the card the next day and have two days crossed off.
I was offered a refund but only if I drive home, get the card, and bring it back the same day (not tomorrow) which isn’t practical when you live at the opposite end of COW (yanchep!).
Staff have no compassion or empathy. The woman had crossed off my card every day and even acknowledged that the remember me.
I’ll be changing my Vac Swim preference to Craigy leisure centre next time, they don’t charge you $35 extra, their pool is warmer (my child’s attended in a wet suit every day) and their staff are probably less rude
The pool is stupidly cold.
And if you buy chips from the cafe, the woman in the cafe is horrible, they give you stale salt less ships and won’t allow you to have any more salt.
No hot food available to order and menu is limiter sandwiches looked like they had been there a few days
All time best. Pool, gym, enough parking. Library and shopping is also available nearby.
Pools are big and nice but the kids pool is way too cold, my poor daughter was shivering the whole time. Parents room is also a joke, good luck if you want to fit a pram in there, it's absolutely disgusting and very poorly designed. The sanitary and nappy bins in the change rooms absolutely stink and there was a thick layer of mould and gunk around the toilet, I had to hold my breath whilst trying to get my children showered and dried. The cafe looks run down and a bit dirty and the lady that served me there was quite rude as well.not to mention very expensive, I paid $7 for a very small serving of chips. It's sad because this place has such potential and demand but really disappointed me yesterday when all my family wanted was a nice afternoon.
Staff are great but the floor is slippery and the tiles between the water and the surround are absolutely filthy. The booking system is appalling. Hope the pool to be built in the north of the city learns from the mistakes of Aquamotion. Long term members are unable to book for classes which benefit their health but there is no refund and so often members pay for nothing. Management needs y
To be looked at
Poor communication of opening hours during Christmas period, webpage lists incorrect opening/closing times and as a member I received no communication, not good enough.
Price for entry is good, lovely outside pool and kids sprinkler area. Inside pools are a bit small can warm.
